from the University of Virginia School of Law. He performed as an attorney at
Shearman & Sterlin board in New York, and then he was responsible of supervising
investigation and prosecutions of federal narcotics and money laundering laws of
the Justice Department of the United States. Since 1997 he is responsible for
investigation and
prosecution
of violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other white collar
offenses. He participated in the negotiation and monitoring of the OECD
Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International
Business Transactions. At present he is Special Counsel for International
Litigation in the Justice Department of the United States.
